If I may comment on something

The waist/crouch area looks a little too manly. Females usually have wider waist (even body builders). At first I thought it was a man but then I saw the boobies :)

I'd put an example but I'm not sure if it fits with the site's rules. Just look for "female bodybuilder" in google images.

Well, I realize this is just a character ref sheet, so I'll feel silly giving corrections. Really I like this piece just because your character is so creative. Very nice!
